We have never had an accident. We continue to offer regular safety training to all our employees and trainees.

I’ve been sending messages to our employees that makes our goal clear. Our competitors have lost several people due to flying accidents.
So, I’ve keeping telling employees that we must continue to take safety seriously.

I observe the way they work with colleagues and when there’s a problem.

I’ve continued to communicate openly with them and to hold meetings in order to concentrate on maintaining our accident-free status.
Therefore, we have been able to maintain our perfect accident free since 1985.
